CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (“CCPA”)

If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights to access and control your Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Right to Know

You have the right to request that we provide you (i) the categories and/or specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which your Personal Information was collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for which we collected your Personal Information; and (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we shared your Personal Information. If we sold or disclosed your Personal Information to third parties, you also have the right to request that we provide you (i) the categories of Personal Information we collected about you; (ii) the categories of your Personal Information we sold to third parties; (iii) the categories of third parties to whom we sold your Personal Information; and (iv) the categories of your Personal Information we disclosed to third parties.

Please note that we are not permitted to provide access to specific pieces of Personal Information if the Personal Information is sensitive or creates a high risk of potential harm from disclosure to an unauthorized person such as financial account information, health information, social security numbers, or driver’s license numbers. If we withhold specific personal information because of its sensitivity or risk, we will inform you.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information we have collected about you. Please understand that we are not required to honor a deletion request if we need the information to complete a requested or reasonably anticipated transaction, prevent security incidents or fraud, enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations, comply with legal obligations, or perform other functions permitted by law.

Please be specific in your request and provide sufficient information to allow us to locate your Personal Information in our systems based on your request. We will retain a record of your request, including a deletion request, in accordance with law. Right to Opt Out

You have the right to direct us not to sell your Personal Information to third parties. You may exercise your Right to Opt Out by calling us at 332-207-6671 or completing the form on our CCPA Request Page. Please provide sufficient information to allow us to locate your Personal Information in our systems.

Non-Discrimination Notice

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA or this Privacy Policy.

California “Do Not Track” Disclosure

Do Not Track is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. At this time, our Site and Services do not respond to “do not track” signals.

California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to access, delete, and opt-out from the sale of their Personal Information.

To file your CCPA request, please complete the form at the bottom of this page or call us at 332-207-6671. On receipt of your request, we may request additional information if we are unable to verify your identity based on comparing the information you submit with information we retain in our files, or if we believe additional information is needed to verify your identity. If you request to receive the specific pieces of Personal Information in our files about you, we will send you and require you to return a signed declaration, under penalty of perjury, verifying your identity and request.

If you file a request to access or delete your Personal Information, we have 45 days to respond to your request. We may also inform you that we need up to 45 additional days to respond and the reason we need additional time. If you opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information, we have 15 days to process your opt-out request.

If you are an authorized agent of a requesting consumer, you must provide a written authorization from the consumer or a copy of a lawful power of attorney that permits you to submit the request on the consumer’s behalf. You may provide that written authorization to us via email at opt-out@lassoinsurance,com after submitting the request. We may contact you or the consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.
